Zambra Tapas and Wine Bar
In Spain, tapas bars serve as living rooms: places to eat, relax, share the events of the day, meet friends, listen to music, have a quiet drink, chat with the owner, make acquaintances. At Zambra, we hope you will take the opportunity to slow down and enjoy – take the time to savor our foods and wines in good company.

Ambrozia is a farm to table menu that evolves with availability and the seasons. The menu is heavily southern influenced but will also feature some southwestern, Caribbean, Asian, and European flair. The bar is wine focused, featuring hand-picked food friendly wines. Craft beers and creative cocktails will also be available at the hand crafted bar. Whether coming to enjoy a multiple course meal or just stopping by for a drink, we want all our customers to feel the same family atmosphere that the employees have at Ambrozia Bar & Bistro.
At Hi-Wire, we strive to be as independent and authentic as possible, while maintaining an approachability to our beers. Located in Downtown Asheville’s Brew District, Hi-Wire Brewing embraces its craft from top to bottom – from its highly drinkable, hand-crafted brews to its artwork, hand-drawn by a local artist.
